Section 8-7A-15 Suspension and revocation. (a) The commission, by order, may suspend or revoke
a license or order a licensee to revoke the designation of an authorized delegate, with or
without prior notice, if the commission finds that such an order is in the best interest of
the public, and any of the following circumstances exist: (1) The licensee has violated any
provision of this chapter or a rule adopted or an order issued under this chapter. (2) The
licensee, or any authorized delegate, does not cooperate with an examination or investigation
by the commission. (3) The licensee, or any authorized delegate, engaged in fraud, intentional

Section 27-12-18 Statement of charges; hearing, order, and review thereon. (a) If the commissioner
believes that any person has been engaged, or is engaging, in this state in any unfair method
of competition or any unfair or deceptive act or practice expressly prohibited in this trade
practices law and that a proceeding by him in respect thereto would be to the interest of

Section 30-3-171 Issuance of notice to withhold, etc., license. Upon application to the department
for support services by an obligee alleging the existence of a delinquency or failure to comply
with subpoenas or warrants relating to paternity or child support proceedings, the department
may, upon an administrative determination that there is a delinquency or a failure to comply,
issue a notice of intent to withhold, restrict use of, or suspend a license. The notice shall

Section 33-4-41 Revocation or suspension of license for cause - Generally. For any violation
by any pilot of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the rules and regulations
established by the commission under the authority conferred upon the said commission by the
