Section 17-4-11 Only electors disqualified or not reidentified to be removed. The board shall not remove the name of any elector, known by any member of the board, or made known to the board by another qualified elector, or duly representative of the elector whose name is to be stricken, to be a legal resident of the county not known to be suffering from any disqualification.
