Section 11-98-1 Definitions. (a) As used in this chapter, the following words and terms have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTOMATIC NUMBER IDENTIFICATION. An enhanced 911 service capability that enables the automatic display of the 10-digit telephone number used to place a 911 call. The term includes pseudo-automatic number identification, which means an enhanced 911 service capability that enables identification of the subscriber. (2) CMRS. Commercial mobile radio service under Sections 3(27) and 332(d) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, 47 U.S.C. ยง151 et seq., and Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, Pub. Section 45-17-91.24 Public meetings; notices of meetings; public records. (a) The committee shall be deemed a governmental body, as that term is defined in Section 36-25A-2. Meetings of the committee shall be held and conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of the Alabama Open Meetings Act, Chapter 25A of Title 36. (b) Notice of each meeting of the committee shall be posted at the courthouse of each of the counties, not less than 24 hours prior to the hour fixed for such meeting. Section 16-51-4 Board of trustees - Meetings. (a) The Board of Trustees of the University of North Alabama shall hold its regular annual meeting each year at the university on the first Monday in June, unless the board shall, in regular session, determine to hold its meetings at some other time and place.
