Section 41-16-54 Advertisement for and solicitation of bids; opening of bids; reverse auction
procedures; public inspection; certain partial contracts void. (a)(1) All proposed purchases
in excess of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) shall be advertised by posting notice thereof
on a bulletin board maintained outside the purchasing office and in any other manner and for
any length of time as may be determined. Sealed bids or bids to be submitted by a reverse
auction procedure shall also be solicited by sending notice by mail or other electronic means
to all persons, firms, or corporations who have filed a request in writing that they be listed
for solicitation on bids for the particular items that are set forth in the request. If any

Section 10A-1-4.02 Delivery of filing instrument; duties of filing officer; fee; automated
electronic system. (a) A filing instrument required or allowed by this title to be delivered

Section 27-1-17 Limitation periods for payment of claims; overdue claims; retroactive denials,
adjustments, etc.; penalties. (a) Each insurer, health service corporation, and health benefit
plan that issues or renews any policy of accident or health insurance providing benefits for

Section 17-10-2 Provisional ballots; certification; tabulation; identification of ballots.
(a) A voter shall be required to cast a provisional ballot when: (1) The name of the individual
does not appear on the official list of eligible voters for the precinct or polling place
in which the individual seeks to vote, and the individual's registration cannot be verified
while at the polling place by the registrar or the judge of probate. (2) An inspector has
