Section 27-17A-25 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees collected by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Insurance Department Fund. (b) All fines collected by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the State General Fund. (c) The commissioner may use funds available from any source including, but not limited to, grants, appropriations, and gifts, for any purpose in the enforcement of this chapter. Section 8-32-3 Requirements for selling or offering to sell service contracts. (a) Either the provider or its designee shall: (1) Provide a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the service contract to the contract holder. (2) Provide a copy of the service contract to the service contract holder within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase.
