Section 9-17-155 Right of landowner to drill and make other use of land. The right of eminent domain granted by Section 9-17-154 shall be without prejudice to the right of the owner of said land or of other rights or interests therein to drill or bore through the storage facility so appropriated in such manner as shall comply with orders, rules and regulations of the board issued for the purpose of protecting the storage facility against pollution or invasion and against the escape or migration of gas therefrom, and shall be without prejudice to the rights of the owners of said lands or other rights or interests therein as to all other uses not acquired for the storage facility.
