Section 4-3-13 Assistance and cooperation by counties, municipalities, etc. For the purpose
of aiding and cooperating with the authority in the planning, development, undertaking, construction,
extension, improvement or operation of airports, heliports and air navigation facilities,
any county, city, town or other political subdivision, public corporation, agency or instrumentality
of this state may, upon such terms and with or without consideration as it may determine:
(1) Lend or donate money to the authority; (2) Provide that all or a portion of the taxes
or funds available, or to become available to it, or required by law to be used by it, for
airport purposes shall be transferred or paid directly to the authority as such funds become

Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure.
(a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule,
a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP
shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service
shall be valid for a period not to exceed 12 calendar months. The same fee shall be charged

Section 45-44-260.09 Zoning; grant of power. For the purpose of promoting the health, safety,
morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and general welfare of the county, the planning commission,
with the approval of the county commission, is hereby empowered to divide the portion of the
county within its zoning jurisdiction into districts. The districts shall be of such number,
shape, and area as may be found best suited to carry out the purposes of this article. The
