Section 22-5B-5 Alabama Lifespan Respite Coalition. (a) There is created the Alabama Lifespan Respite Coalition composed of members who shall be culturally, economically, and geographically diverse and representative of the state demographics and appointed by the Governor or his or her designee. Section 34-11-30 Creation and composition; nominating committee; terms of office. (a) A State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is created. It shall be the duty of the board to administer this chapter.
