Section 27-42-10 Duties and powers of the commissioner; judicial review. (a) The commissioner
shall: (1) Notify the association of the existence of an insolvent insurer not later than
three days after he receives notice of determination of the insolvency. The association shall
be entitled to a copy of any complaint seeking an order of liquidation with a finding of insolvency
against a member company at the time that such complaint is filed with a court of competent
jurisdiction. (2) Upon request of the board of directors, provide the association with a statement
of the net direct written premiums of each member insurer. (b) The commissioner may: (1) Require
that the association notify the insureds of the insolvent insurer and any other interested
parties of the determination of insolvency and of their rights under this chapter. Such notification
shall be by mail at their last known address, where available, but if sufficient information

Section 27-42-9 Plan of operation. (a) The association shall submit to the commissioner a plan
of operation and any amendments thereto necessary or suitable to assure the fair, reasonable,
and equitable administration of the association. The plan of operation and any amendments
thereto shall become effective upon approval in writing by the commissioner. If the association
fails to submit a suitable plan of operation within 90 days following January 1, 1981, or
if at any time thereafter the association fails to submit suitable amendments to the plan,
the commissioner shall, after notice and hearing, adopt and promulgate such reasonable rules

Section 38-9D-4 Powers and duties. The council shall have the following duties and authority:
(1) Define the roles and responsibilities of all participating agencies. (2) Adopt rules for

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October

Section 15-22-28 Investigation for parole; temporary leave; parole restrictions. (a) It shall
be the duty of the Board of Pardons and Paroles, upon its own initiative, to make an investigation
of any and all prisoners confined in the jails and prisons of the state, through use of a
validated risk and needs assessment as defined in Section 12-25-32, with a view of determining
