Section 40-10-137 Conveyance to Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of land bid

Section 19-3A-411 Minerals, water, and other natural resources. (a) To the extent that a fiduciary
accounts for receipts from an interest in minerals or other natural resources pursuant to
this section, the fiduciary shall allocate them as follows: (1) If received as nominal delay

Resources shall develop and administer Fostering Hope, a scholarship program for designated
persons currently or formerly in the state foster care program, including children adopted

Section 22-22A-10 Transfer of functions, personnel, equipment, etc., of coastal area board
to Office of State Planning and Federal Programs; exception. (a) On October 1, 1982, all functions
of the Coastal Area Board, as set forth in Sections 9-7-10 through 9-7-22, except those which
