Section 41-10-139 Filing certificate of incorporation with Secretary of State; contents, execution,
recordation, etc. (a) After the date of issuance by the Governor of his executive order authorizing
the applicants to proceed to form a public corporation, as provided in Section 41-10-138,
the applicants or not less than three of the applicants shall proceed to incorporate a public
corporation by filing of record in the office of the Secretary of State a certificate of incorporation
which shall comply in form and substance with the requirements of this section and be executed

Section 8-15-5 Permit - Investigation of building and applicant. (a) Upon the filing of an
application with the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries to secure a permit for the
operation of a public warehouse, the commissioner or his duly authorized agent shall make

Section 2-3A-3 Incorporation of authority; procedure. (a) The Governor, the Commissioner of
Agriculture and Industries and the Director of Finance may incorporate and organize a public
corporation, with the power and authority hereinafter provided, by proceeding according to

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five

Section 11-89-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall

A franchise is hereby granted for the installation of poles or conduits within the boundary
lines of public roads, highways, or rights-of-way in any county of this state for the operation
of community antenna television facilities to any person, partnership, or corporation that
is lawfully providing community antenna television service in any such county on July 8, 1982.
