Section 2-22-22 Violations of chapter or rules or regulations promulgated thereunder deemed
misdemeanors; injunctive proceedings to restrain violations of chapter or rules or regulations
promulgated thereunder. (a) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter

Section 22-30-19 Penalties and remedies. (a) Whenever, on the basis of any information, the
department determines that any person is in violation of any requirement of this chapter,
any rule or regulation promulgated by the department or any permit issued under authority
granted by this chapter, the department may issue an order requiring compliance immediately

Section 9-12-115.1 Landing and reporting requirements for certain saltwater finfish and other
seafood products. All saltwater finfish commercially harvested in the State of Alabama, except
those lawfully taken by purse seine, shall be landed in this state and reported through a
properly licensed Alabama seafood dealer. Other seafood products commercially harvested in
this state shall be landed in this state, or in lieu thereof any subject person shall comply
with any reporting procedures established by regulation of the Department of Conservation

Section 2-12-11 Offenses; disposition of fines. Any person who shall perform any of the acts
which are declared unlawful by the provisions of this chapter or who fails to perform any

Section 27-6A-7 Penalties. (a) If the commissioner finds after a hearing conducted in accordance
with Section 27-2-28, that any person has violated this chapter, the commissioner may order:
(1) For each separate violation, a penalty in an amount of up to $5,000. (2) Revocation or

any provision of this chapter regulating electrical contracting, and any person convicted
