Section 9-4-12 Agreements as to payment of expenses of field surveys, etc. Subject to approval
of the Director of Finance, the State Geologist is authorized to enter into an agreement with
the Director of the United States Geological Survey whereby the expense of executing the field
surveys and the preparation of the resulting maps for publication shall be borne by the State
of Alabama and by the federal government in such proportion as is equitable to both governments.

of the Legislature by the passage of this article to authorize counties to acquire, own and
lease projects for the purpose of promoting industry and trade by inducing manufacturing,

Section 9-12-113 Licenses or permits for commercial fishing; net or seine permits. (a) Each
