Section 22-22-9 Powers and duties; enforcement of orders; permits; civil penalties for violations. Section 9-15-43 Sales of school lands - Disposition of revenues from sales. Any revenue derived from the sale of school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the Treasurer to be deposited to the proper township or townships as provided for by the Constitution and laws of Alabama.
