Section 9-10B-5 Functions and duties of Office of Water Resources. Section 9-10A-10 Election of directors. If an original director who is required to reside in a particular county is to be selected by means of an election, the board of supervisors who determined that an election would be the method of selection shall call the election. Section 9-11-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) HEREIN, HEREAFTER and HEREOF. The board shall maximize case supervision practices such that no probation and parole officer is assigned more than 20 active high-risk cases at any one time.
