Section 41-10-751 Definitions. When used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ALABAMA TRUST FUND. The trust fund of the state created under Amendment 450 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, and appearing as §219.02 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama 1901, as amended. (2) APPROPRIATED FUNDS. The BP settlement revenues deposited in the special fund to the extent such revenues are appropriated to the authority pursuant to Section 41-10-759. (3) AUTHORITY. The Alabama Economic Settlement Authority authorized to be established pursuant to Section 41-10-752. (4) BONDS. Those bonds, including refunding bonds, issued pursuant to this article. Section 9-2-20.2 Game and Fish Fund - Alabama Nongame Wildlife Endowment. (a) There is hereby created within the Game and Fish Fund a special account to be known as the Alabama Nongame Wildlife Endowment. Section 2-27-9 Registration, application, and fees; registration powers of commissioner; appeal and review. Section 26-16-8 Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board - Acceptance of federal funds; authorized; conditions; disposition of funds. The state board may accept federal funds granted by Congress or executive order for the purposes of this article as well as gifts and donations from individuals, private organizations, or foundations. Section 34-14A-15 Recovery fund. (a) The board may establish a Homeowners' Recovery Fund for the purpose of consumer protection, consumer education, and consumer awareness. An aggrieved homeowner may recover actual economic damages, not including interest and court costs, sustained within the state as the direct result of conduct of a licensee in violation of this chapter or the rules of the board from the Homeowners' Recovery Fund.
