Section 9-17-50 Cancellation on records of lapsed optional leases; liability of lessees for
failure or refusal to mark leases cancelled on records, etc., upon request of lessors. (a)
Whenever by reason of the termination of the full period within which an optional gas and
oil lease which is of record may be kept alive by the payments of rentals or by reason of
the termination of any of the options in such lease by reason of failure on the part of the
lessee to comply with the condition therein for the prevention of forfeiture such lease shall
lapse, the lessee must, on request in writing by the lessor, mark same cancelled on the records
or must furnish the lessor with an instrument, duly acknowledged, directing the cancellation
of such lease on the records. (b) Any lessee failing or refusing to supply the lessor with
such an instrument or failing or refusing to cancel any lease on the records within 30 days
after receiving written demand as above shall be liable to such lessor for a...

Section 7-2A-309 Lessor's and lessee's rights when goods become fixtures. (1) In this section:
(a) goods are "fixtures" when they become so related to particular real estate that
an interest in them arises under real estate law; (b) a "fixture filing" is the
filing, in the office where a record of a mortgage on the real estate would be filed or recorded,
of a financing statement covering goods that are or are to become fixtures and conforming
to the requirements of Section 7-9A-502(a) and (b); (c) a lease is a "purchase money

Section 7-2A-303 Alienability of interests, transfer of rights, etc. (1) As used in this section,
"creation of a security interest" includes the sale of a lease contract that is
subject to Article 9A, Secured Transactions, by reason of Section 7-9A-109(a)(3). (2) Except
as provided in subsection (3) and Section 7-9A-407, a provision in a lease agreement which
(i) prohibits the voluntary or involuntary transfer, including a transfer by sale, sublease,

Section 8-21C-4 Manufacturer and dealer agreement - Termination, cancellation, etc. (a) A manufacturer
or distributor, directly or through any authorized officer, agent, or employee, may terminate,
cancel, or fail to renew a manufacturer and dealer agreement with or without cause. If the
manufacturer or distributor terminates, cancels, or fails to renew a manufacturer and dealer
agreement without cause, the manufacturer or distributor shall comply with Section 8-21C-5.

Section 8-20-5 Limitations on cancellations, modifications, terminations, and nonrenewals of
franchise relationships. (a) Notwithstanding the terms, provisions, or conditions of any agreement
or franchise or notwithstanding the terms or provisions of any waiver, no manufacturer shall

Section 2-27-9 Registration, application, and fees; registration powers of commissioner; appeal
and review. (a) Every pesticide or device which is distributed, sold, or offered for sale
within this state or delivered for transportation or transported in intrastate commerce or
between points within this state through any point outside this state shall be registered
with the commissioner upon application forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner,
and such registration or registrations shall be renewed during the registrant's renewal year,
