Section 40-18-372 Qualifying projects - Activities and standards. A qualifying project must be found by the Secretary of Commerce to conduct an activity specified in subdivision (1) and to meet the minimum standard set forth in subdivision (2). Section 45-44-242.02 Levy of tax; exemption. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of law, there is levied in addition to any other taxes an additional excise tax on persons selling, distributing, storing, or withdrawing from storage gasoline and motor fuel in an amount not to exceed two cents ($0.02) per gallon and may require every distributor, retail dealer, or storer to pay the excise tax. Section 9-17-176 Assessment. (a) The council shall set the initial assessment at no greater than one-tenth of one cent per gallon of odorized propane. Thereafter, annual assessments shall be sufficient to cover the cost of plans and programs developed by the council. The assessment may not be greater than one-half cent per gallon of odorized propane. In no case may the assessment be raised by more than one-tenth of one cent per gallon of odorized propane annually.
