Section 27-61-1 Surplus Lines Insurance Multi-State Compliance Compact. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
