Section 8-6-5 Registration of securities - Registration by notification. (a) The following securities may be registered by notification, whether or not they are also eligible for registration by coordination under Section 8-6-6: (1) Any security whose issuer and any predecessors have been in continuous operation for at least five years if: a. There has been no default during the current fiscal year or within the three preceding fiscal years in the payment of principal, interest, or dividends on any security of the issuer, or any predecessor, with a fixed maturity or a fixed interest or dividend provision; and b. (a) For the purposes of this section, a "recreational park trailer" is a transportable unit that has a body width not exceeding 14 feet and which is built on a single chassis and is designed to provide seasonal or temporary living quarters when connected to utilities necessary for operation of installed fixtures and appliances. The total area of the unit in a setup mode, when measured from the exterior surface of the exterior stud walls at the level of maximum dimensions, not including any bay window, may not exceed 400 square feet when constructed to ANSI A-119.5 standards. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a home medical equipment services provider shall be licensed annually by the board before the provider may engage in the provision of home medical equipment services.
