Section 41-10-353 Application for authority to incorporate. To become a corporation,
the Governor, the commissioner, the Director of Finance, the chairman of the oversight committee
and the vice-chairman of the oversight committee shall present to the Secretary of State of
Alabama an application signed by them which shall set forth: (1) the name, official designation,
and official residence of each of the applicants; (2) the date on which each applicant was
inducted or elected into office and the term of office of each applicant; (3) the name of
the proposed corporation, which shall be the Alabama Mental Health Finance Authority; (4)
the location of the principal office of the proposed corporation; and (5) any other matter
relating to the incorporation which the applicants may choose to insert and which is not inconsistent

Section 9-16-98 Experimental practices. In order to encourage advances in mining and
reclamation practices or to allow post-mining land use for industrial, commercial, residential,
or public use (including recreational facilities), the regulatory authority with approval

Section 2-13-87 Issuance and revocation of permit. The commissioner shall issue to each
person, firm or corporation who holds a permit issued under the authority of Section
2-13-82 or Section 2-13-83 a permit for a semiannual period, as authorized by this
article upon the application of such person, firm or corporation. The commissioner shall have
no authority to revoke a permit so issued to any such person, firm or corporation until an
inspection of the premises has been made by the commissioner or by an employee of the Department

Section 11-88-5 Authorization and procedure for amendment of certificate of incorporation.

Section 15-18-179 Application for incorporation; certificate of incorporation; amendment;
board of directors; dissolution; funding; competitive bidding laws not applicable. (a) A public
corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant
to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits.
