Section 25-14-10 Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. (a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. Fees and assessments provided by this chapter collected by the department shall be deposited in the fund. The fund shall constitute a separate fund to be disbursed by the state Comptroller on order of the secretary. All expenses incurred by the department under this chapter, including the salaries of all employees, travel costs, and any other cost of administration and enforcement as may become necessary, either within or without the state, shall be paid from the separate fund in the State Treasury upon warrants of the state Comptroller drawn upon the State Treasury from time to time when vouchers therefor are approved by the secretary. Section 2-31-4 Surety bond; requirements; waiver of bond requirements. Every person licensed as a grain dealer shall have filed with the department a surety bond for each separate location signed by the dealer as principal and by a responsible company authorized to execute surety bonds within the State of Alabama. Such bond shall be in the principal amount to the nearest $1,000.00 equal to ten percent of the aggregate dollar amount paid by the dealer to producers for grain purchased from them during the 12 month period ending no more than 30 days prior to the time the dealer files to be licensed under this article. If the department is not satisfied as to the ownership of the manufactured home or that there are no undisclosed security interests in it, the department may accept the application but shall do either of the following: (1) Withhold issuance of a certificate of title until the applicant presents documents reasonably sufficient to satisfy the department as to the applicant's ownership of the manufactured home and that there are no undisclosed security interests on it.
