Section 41-13-7 Identifying information of state employees on records available for public inspection. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE. (a) The bureau may conduct programs including, but not limited to, programs of information and publicity designed to attract conventions and tourists to the area. Section 19-3-87 Unclaimed funds. If at any time it should appear to the court, or be made known to the court, that any balance has been in the hands of any officer for a period of five years and the same remains unclaimed, it may make an order directing the same to be paid into the treasury of said county, and a separate account shall be kept of all such payments and so designated as to identify each transaction. The State Committee of Public Health shall elect an executive officer who shall be a physician licensed in the State of Alabama to be known as the State Health Officer and shall fix his term of office and salary.
