Section 9-15-46 Issuance of patents to purchasers of swamp and overflowed lands. All persons purchasing said lands shall be entitled to a patent to said lands, and the Governor of Alabama, when presented with the approval of the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources and State Department of Mental Health, shall cause patents to be issued to those purchasing said lands.
