Section 11-56-9 Leasing of projects. (a) The corporation and any local subdivision are hereby
respectively authorized to enter into with each other one or more lease agreements whereunder
a project or any part thereof shall be leased by the corporation to such local subdivision
for a term not longer than the then current fiscal year of such local subdivision, but any
such lease agreement may contain a grant to such local subdivision of successive options of
renewing the said lease agreement on the terms specified therein for any subsequent fiscal
year or years of such local subdivision. The said lease agreement may contain appropriate
provisions as to the method by which such local subdivision may, at its election, exercise
such of the said options of renewal as its governing body may elect on the terms provided
therein and such other covenants and provisions as shall not be inconsistent with this chapter

Section 37-16-7 Civil action by owner of interest in real property subject to easement; damages;
condemnation; receipt of rights by grant or agreement; motice of installation; liability.
(a) If the owner of an interest in real property subject to an electric easement contends
that the owner's property has been taken, injured, or destroyed by the construction, installation,
use, or enlargement of broadband systems within the electric easement on the owner's property
and the electric easement does not expressly provide for such, the owner may file a civil
action in the circuit court for the county in which the property is located to recover damages
as specified by this section. All such actions must be brought within three years after the
later of: (1) August 1, 2019; or (2) the date broadband systems are first constructed or installed

Section 23-2-149 Trust agreements securing bond issues; authorized provisions protecting holders;
pledge of revenues. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds issued under the provisions
of this article may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the authority and a corporate
trustee, which may be any trust company, or bank having the powers of a trust company, within

Section 23-7-9 Financing agreements; other authorized financing; security interests. (a) Qualified
borrowers may obtain loans or other financial assistance from the bank through financing agreements.

area of Limestone County. Any service or function which is now or in the future assigned by
state law to county government shall be performed in the general services district. (b) Urban
