Section 9-14-9 Sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption. Each state park
that has a lodging facility and restaurant may sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption
Monday through Saturday, except that in those facilities which currently allow Sunday sales,
alcoholic beverages may be sold for on-premises consumption each day of the week. The provisions
of this section shall not be applicable to any state park or municipality within Chilton

for any person, firm, corporation or association to sell or offer for sale any spirituous
or vinous liquors in Houston County except at Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control liquor stores

Section 35-8B-3 Sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within district. (a) If
a majority of the board of control of a community development district formed under Section
