Section 9-14-9 Sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption. Each state park that has a lodging facility and restaurant may sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption Monday through Saturday, except that in those facilities which currently allow Sunday sales, alcoholic beverages may be sold for on-premises consumption each day of the week.
