Section 9-13-43 Designation of lands as auxiliary state forests - Inspection of lands; drafting
and execution of contracts. Upon the filing of such application, the State Forestry Commission
shall, as soon as practicable, inspect the said land or cause the same to be inspected by
the State Forester or some other competent and suitable person; and, if the State Forestry

Section 9-13-46 Withdrawing of lands as auxiliary state forests; harvesting or use of timber
without withdrawing of lands; payment of privilege tax generally. (a) Any owner of land designated

Section 33-12-3 Procedure for incorporation. To become a corporation, the members of the board
of the agency shall present to the Secretary of State an application signed by them which
shall set forth: (1) The name, official designation and official residence of each of the
applicants, together with a certified copy of the resolution, order or commission evidencing

unincorporated areas. (a) This section shall apply within all unincorporated areas of Baldwin
County. (b) The county commission shall have zoning authority and the power to establish and
