Section 9-11-280 Agreements as to hunting and taking of waterfowl from waters of Alabama and of bordering states. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources with approval of the governor shall have authority to enter into agreements of reciprocity with conservation commissioners or directors or other proper officials of states bordering Alabama who have jurisdiction over waterfowl hunting laws and regulations of such states whereby the citizens of the State of Alabama may be permitted to hunt and take waterfowl from the waters under the jurisdiction of such other states upon similar agreements whereby such nonresidents are allowed to take or catch waterfowl from the waters within the State of Alabama regardless of residence. Section 9-15-43 Sales of school lands - Disposition of revenues from sales. Any revenue derived from the sale of school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the Treasurer to be deposited to the proper township or townships as provided for by the Constitution and laws of Alabama. A report of such sale shall be immediately forwarded by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the State Superintendent of Education, and such report shall show an accurate and legal description of the lands sold.
