Section 40-12-393 License - Disposition of fees collected. The commissioner shall deposit the
application fees collected under this article into the State Treasury, which shall be appropriated
as follows: (1) A minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25) or 10 percent, whichever is greater,

Section 2-6-12 Annual appropriation. (a) Beginning in the fiscal year ending September 30,
