Section 40-12-393 License - Disposition of fees collected. The commissioner shall deposit the
application fees collected under this article into the State Treasury, which shall be appropriated

Museum Fund. All moneys received from gifts or bequests or from county or municipal appropriations

Section 2-6-12 Annual appropriation. (a) Beginning in the fiscal year ending September 30,
2013, and in each fiscal year thereafter there shall be appropriated from the State General
