Section 2-12-11 Offenses; disposition of fines. Any person who shall perform any of the acts which are declared unlawful by the provisions of this chapter or who fails to perform any duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this article relating to the sale or offering for sale of eggs or who shall hinder or obstruct any authorized agent of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries by refusing to allow entrance at any reasonable time into any place of business for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this article, including the review of books and records of egg sales, or who violates any rule or regulation duly promulgated under this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as now prescribed by law for such offenses. (a) The commissioner or his agent is authorized to enter upon any public or private premise or carrier at reasonable times during regular business hours in the performance of his duties relating to pesticides, devices and records pertaining to same. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent.
