Section 41-10-725 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Powers. The institute shall have the following powers: (1) To design, implement, and amend a program or programs to provide for the recruitment of, and the promotion of training programs and opportunities for, new craft trade workers for the construction industry and the users of the construction industry. The following words and phrases when used in this title, for the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except when the context otherwise requires: (1) ALLEY. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially as follows: SECTION 1.
