Section 22-32-1 Enactment of Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact. The Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact is hereby enacted into law and entered into by the State of Alabama with any and all states legally joining therein in accordance with its terms, in the form substantially as follows: SOUTHEAST INTERSTATE LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPACT Article I. Policy and Purpose There is hereby created the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact. The party states recognize and declare that each state is responsible for providing for the availability of capacity either within or outside the state for the disposal of low-level radioactive waste generated within its borders, except for waste generated as a result of defense activities of the federal government or federal research and development activities. Section 43-8-43 Requirement that heir survive decedent for five days. Any person who fails to survive the decedent by five days is deemed to have predeceased the decedent for purposes of homestead allowance, the exempt property and intestate succession, and the decedent's heirs are determined accordingly. (a) Any person, firm, corporation, or association holding a game breeder's license as provided in Section 9-11-30 may sell live protected game animals and game birds, or the eggs, embryos, or semen of the birds and animals for propagating purposes to any person within or without this state. Section 13A-12-233 Drug trafficking enterprise defined; punishment. (a) This section shall be known as the "Alabama Drug Trafficking Enterprise Act." For purposes of this section, a person is engaged in a criminal enterprise for the purpose of trafficking in illegal drugs if that person violates any provision of Section 13A-12-231, and such violation is: (1) Undertaken by such person in concert with five or more other persons with respect to whom such person occupies a position of organizer, a supervisory position, or any other position of management, and (2) From which such person obtains substantial income or resources. Section 32-5A-303 Notice of intended suspension. (a) If the chemical test results for a person charged with a violation of Section 32-5A-191 show 0.08 percent or more by weight of alcohol in the blood of the person, or the person refuses a test, the officer, acting on behalf of the director, shall serve a notice of intended suspension personally on the arrested person. (b) When serving a notice of intended suspension, the law enforcement officer shall take possession of any driver's license issued by this state which is held by the person.
