Section 35-8A-410 Escrow of deposits. (a) As used in this section, except as otherwise provided,
the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) HARD COSTS. Any and all costs associated
with the actual building and construction of the condominium project, including, but not limited
to, site preparation, building materials, shell features, interior enclosures, fit-out costs,
mechanical and electrical systems, and fixtures. The term hard costs does not include financing
costs, compensation paid to architects, engineers, consultants, sales persons, or attorneys
or for advertising or other marketing costs. (2) QUALIFIED PURCHASER. a. An individual, a
group of individuals, or an entity owned directly or indirectly solely by individuals where

Section 36-25-1 Definitions. Whenever used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) BUSINESS. Any corporation, partnership, proprietorship, firm,
enterprise, franchise, association, organization, self-employed individual, or any other legal
entity. (2) BUSINESS WITH WHICH THE PERSON IS ASSOCIATED. Any business of which the person
or a member of his or her family is an officer, owner, partner, board of director member,
employee, or holder of more than five percent of the fair market value of the business. (3)
CANDIDATE. This term as used in this chapter shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in

Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. (a) The proceeds from the permit fees,
inspection fees, and penalties, if any, collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries
and the Revenue Commissioner pursuant to Section 8-17-87 together with one-third of the proceeds
of the six cent ($.06) additional motor fuel excise tax levied on gasoline under subdivision
(1) of subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325, shall be paid into the State Treasury and distributed
by the State Treasurer as follows: (1) An amount equal to five percent or no less than $175,000,
whichever is greater, of the combined proceeds received each month shall accrue to the credit
of, and be deposited in, the Agricultural Fund; and (2) The balance of the proceeds shall

Section 32-9-29 Permits for movement of oversized vehicles or loads. (a) Authorized; application;
issuance; seasonal, etc., limitations; refusal, revocation, or cancellation. (1) The Director

Section 9-2-20 Game and Fish Fund - Created; composition. There is hereby created and there
shall be a fund which shall be known as the Game and Fish Fund. This fund shall consist of:

Section 9-11-9 Violations of fish and game laws - Service and return of warrant as to firms
or corporations. In cases of violation of any of the provisions of the game and fish laws
or the rules and regulations based thereunder by any person, firm or corporation, the warrant
of arrest may be read to the president, secretary or manager of such firm or corporation in
this state or to any general or local agent thereof in any county where the action or indictment
