Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. Section 9-11-31.1 Game breeder's license - Violations. (a) Any person, firm, corporation, or association who knowingly violates Section 9-11-30 or 9-11-31, or any rules promulgated pursuant to Section 9-11-30 or 9-11-31, including, but not limited to, willfully failing to obtain a license or falsifying records, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined no less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each offense and in addition, may have all game breeder's license privileges revoked for a period of up to two years from the date of conviction.
