Section 34-20-11 Issuance of license; fee for temporary emergency permit. An applicant
for a license as a nursing home administrator who has: (1) Successfully complied with the
educational and training requirements of this chapter and of the rules and regulations of
the board promulgated under this chapter; and (2) Has paid an application fee established
by the board pursuant to its rule-making authority for all applicants; and (3) Qualified for
and passed the examination provided for in this chapter; shall be issued a license on a form
provided for that purpose by the board, certifying that the applicant has met the requirements
of the laws, rules, and regulations entitling him or her to serve, act, practice, and otherwise
hold himself or herself out as a duly licensed nursing home administrator and has paid a fee

Section 45-45-200.01 Special issuance fee. (a)(1) In Madison County, the county commission
is authorized to impose, by resolution of the commission, a special issuance fee not to exceed
seventy-five cents ($.75) to be collected by the license director on each motor vehicle registration,

Section 45-5-232 License fee; exemption for certain military veterans; disposition of
funds. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), beginning January 1, 2008, in Blount County,
the fee for issuing a license to carry a pistol shall be twenty dollars ($20) which shall

Section 9-12-54.1 Live saltwater bait dealers license. Before any person, firm, or corporation
engages in the taking, catching, transporting, or selling of live saltwater bait and the transporting
of dead saltwater bait for commercial purposes, he or she shall have in his or her possession
a live saltwater bait dealers license. "Live saltwater bait" shall be defined by
regulation promulgated by the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
The license shall be sold and issued by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources

Section 25-13-12 Issuance of license; fees; emergency and temporary elevator mechanic
licenses; renewal; continuing education. (a) Upon approval of an application, the administrator
may issue a license which shall be renewable biennially. The fee for such license and for

Section 34-41-12 Issuance of license. (a) Upon payment of a license fee the board shall
issue a biennial license to any applicant who has satisfactorily met all the requirements
of this chapter. Licenses shall show the full name of the licensee, give a serial number,
and shall be signed by both the chair and secretary-treasurer of the board under the seal

Section 45-3-200 Citation issuance fee. The Barbour County Commission is hereby authorized
and empowered to impose, by resolution duly adopted and spread upon its minutes, a citation
issuance fee in an amount not to exceed fifteen dollars ($15) per each citation issued by
