Section 45-49-40.14 Issuance of license to persons in armed forces who held license at time of entry into service. Any person who, after, September 8, 1961, shall enter the active military or naval service of the United States, or of this state, and who, at the time of such entry, was the holder of a license as a barber, or apprentice, and which license was then in full force and effect, shall be granted a like license upon presentation to such board of barber commissioners of an honorable discharge from such military or naval service, dated not more than one year prior to the time of such presentation, and a medical certificate as required under this part, attesting that the person presenting it is free from any contagious or infectious or communicable disease, which certificate shall be dated not more than 30 days prior to the time of such presentation, and provided further such person shall pay a fee of ten dollars ($10) for the issuance of such license as required by this part....

Section 9-11-235 Taking, etc., of protected birds or animals during nighttime hours. (a) It shall be unlawful, except as otherwise provided by law or rule of the commissioner, for a person to take, capture, or kill, or attempt to take, capture, or kill any bird or animal protected by the laws of this state during nighttime hours. (b) Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) nor more than three thousand dollars ($3,000) and may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months. Section 9-11-433 Issuance of annual stamp; lifetime migratory waterfowl stamp; fees; issuing agents; refund for unsold stamps. (a) A stamp shall be issued to each hunting license applicant by the judge of probate or issuing officer of any county of the state or other authorized license agent as provided herein upon the payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10). Each stamp shall be valid for the duration of one hunting season as established by the department. Stamps shall be available for sale prior to any waterfowl season, including any special season which may precede the regular season.
