Section 9-11-20 Release of turkeys into wild areas of state prohibited; exceptions; penalty.
(a) It shall be unlawful to release any tame turkey, or any other turkey, whether wild or
tame, into any of the wild areas of this state. (b) The provisions of this section shall not
apply to any turkeys kept by any farmer or homeowner of this state for normal agricultural
purposes or for personal consumption. (c) Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit
the stocking of wild turkeys by authorized personnel of the Department of Conservation and
Natural Resources for propagation or research purposes. (d) Any person who shall be convicted
of violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a "violation"
under the criminal code of this state and shall be punished as provided for in said code.

Section 9-11-56.1 Nonresident fishing licenses - Commercial license. (a) The Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources, hereinafter referred to as "the department"
or duly authorized designees of the department shall sell and issue commercial fishing licenses
to residents of other states, which other states reciprocate the sale and issuance of similar

Section 9-11-56.4 Disabled three-day fishing event license. Effective with the license year
beginning September 1, 2014, there shall be a disabled three-day fishing event license, for
events sanctioned by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources. Except as otherwise
provided herein for additional persons, the license shall permit up to 20 disabled residents
or non-resident persons plus up to 20 resident and non-resident assistants, in such numbers
