Section 45-35A-51.07 Personnel board. (a) The personnel board shall consist of five members and they and their successors in office shall be elected or appointed by the citizens supervisory committee. The five members shall be designated respectively as member No. 1, member No. 2, member No. 3, member No. 4, and member No. 5. After May 14, 1992, those members in office on May 14, 1992, may serve out the remainder of their unexpired terms and shall be designated as member No. 1, member No. 2, and member No. 3, in order of their original appointments. Member No. 4 shall be for a term of three years and until his or her successor is appointed.
