Section 45-29-140 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. The Fayette County Water Coordinating and Fire Prevention Authority, a public corporation organized pursuant to this article. (2) BOARD. The Legislature finds the resources of the state must be managed in a manner compatible with the environment, and the health and welfare of the citizens of the state.
