Section 4-3-46 Officers of authority; personnel. The officers of the authority shall consist of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as the board shall deem necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the authority was organized. The chairman and vice-chairman shall be elected by the board from its membership, but neither the secretary, the treasurer nor any of the other officers of the authority need be a member of the board of directors. The offices of secretary and treasurer may, but need not, be held by the same person. (a) The board of directors of any bank shall hold regular meetings at such time as may be fixed by the bylaws, at least once every two months, and shall at all times be subject to call by the president or by any two members of the board.
