Section 41-9-335 Created; composition; powers and duties. (a) A board of trustees to be known
as the St. Stephens Historical Commission is hereby authorized to be appointed and established
for the purpose of acquiring, maintaining, protecting, and promoting certain properties of
historical interest at St. Stephens, in Washington County, in the general vicinity of the
site of the first territorial capital of Alabama. The board shall be comprised of 11 members,
and the first five enumerated appointees designated herein shall serve for terms of two, three,
four, five, and six years, respectively, with subsequent appointees serving for terms of six
years. The four board members appointed by the legislative delegation representing Washington
County pursuant to subsection (b), including the initial appointees, shall serve terms of

Section 11-50-313 Board of directors. (a) Each corporation formed or the certificate of incorporation
of which is amended under this article shall have a board of directors which shall constitute

Section 11-58-7 Bonds - Form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution, sale, delivery, etc.;
dissolution of corporation. (a) All bonds issued by a corporation organized under authority
of this chapter shall be solely and exclusively obligations of the corporation and shall not
create an obligation or debt of any municipality or county. No county or municipality shall

Section 11-89-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Section 22-21-352 Further provision for amendment of certificates of incorporation or reincorporation.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in the last sentence of this subsection, any authority that
now exists, or that is hereafter organized or reincorporated (as the case may be) pursuant
