Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. (g) In the event periodic payments are ordered under this section, the court shall order the judgment marked satisfied when the judgment debtor satisfies the court that he is adequately insured or posts security sufficient to assure full payment of such damages or purchases an annuity of sufficient value as set out in subsection (c) of this section. Section 27-44-8 Powers and duties of association.
