Section 43-2-697 Notice to Medicaid Agency of appointment as personal representative or filing
of petition under Section 43-2-692. (a) The personal representative, or person filing to initiate
a proceeding in accordance with the Alabama Small Estates Act, Division 10 of this article,
shall give notice of his or her appointment, or the filing of a petition in accordance with
Section 43-2-692, to the Medicaid Agency. The notice shall include all of the following information:
(1) The full legal name of the deceased. (2) The date of birth of the deceased. (3) The date
of death of the deceased. (4) The Social Security number of the deceased. (5) The marital

the superintendent finds any of the following with respect to a foreign bank which is licensed
to establish and maintain an Alabama state branch or Alabama state agency, he or she may issue

Section 45-35-232.30 Revocation of release - Probable cause of felony or misdemeanor. (a) A
person who has been conditionally released pursuant to this subpart shall be subject to revocation
of release if there is probable cause to believe he or she has committed a felony or misdemeanor
while released. b) A proceeding for revocation of release pursuant to this section, shall
be initiated by any person responsible for administering this subpart giving notice to the

action challenging validity. Any resolution authorizing any bonds hereunder shall contain

Section 30-3B-102 Definitions. In this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) ABANDONED. Left without provision for reasonable and necessary care or supervision.
(2) CHILD. An individual who has not attained 19 years of age. (3) CHILD CUSTODY DETERMINATION.

Section 26-17-637 Binding effect of determination of parentage. (a) Except as otherwise provided
in subsection (b), a determination of parentage is binding on: (1) all signatories to an acknowledgement

Section 9-16-94 Penalties. (a) Any permittee or operator who violates any permit condition
or who violates any other provision of this article, may be assessed a civil penalty by the
regulatory authority, except that if such violation leads to the issuance of a cessation order
under Section 9-16-93, the civil penalty shall be assessed. Such penalty shall not exceed
$5,000.00 for each violation. Each day of continuing violation may be deemed a separate violation
for purposes of penalty assessments. In determining the amount of the penalty, consideration
