Section 37-4-30 Obtaining electric service under a private contract; definitions. (a) No existing
electric customer shall obtain electric service under a private contract for electric service
without first giving written notice to the utility currently providing it retail electric
service at least 45 days prior to the date on which the private contract for electric service
is to become effective. In the event any utility currently providing service to the existing
electric customer determines that it or its other electric customers will be adversely affected
by the loss of the existing electric customer due to the private contract for electric service,
it may, within 45 days of the date of the existing electric customer's written notice of a
private contract for electric service, file a petition for review of the private contract
for electric service as set forth below and service under such contract shall not be initiated

Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator.
(a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration
at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator
for that purpose. Additional reports may be required. Credit unions shall be examined at least
every 18 months by employees of the administration or by other persons designated by the administrator.
For failure to file reports when due, unless excused for cause by the administrator, the credit
union shall pay to the State Treasurer five dollars ($5) for each day of its delinquency.
(b) If the administrator determines that the credit union is violating this chapter, or is

Section 23-4-20 Vacation of street or alley. (a) Subject to the conditions set out in this
subsection, any street or alley may be vacated, in whole or in part, by the owner or owners
of the land abutting the street or alley or abutting that portion of the street or alley desired
to be vacated by following the procedures set out herein. The owner or owners of the land

Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses,
etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for
violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based

Section 33-5-75 Authority of Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to cancel certification
or to suspend or revoke privilege of operating vessel; procedures. (a) The Commissioner of
Conservation and Natural Resources may cancel any boater safety certification upon determining
that the holder of the certification was not entitled to the issuance or that the holder failed
to give the correct or required information in the application for certification. Upon cancellation
