(a)(1) A foreign entity described in Section 10A-1-7.01(c), other than a foreign limited liability partnership, registers by delivering to the Secretary of State for filing an application for registration in accordance with the procedures in Article 4. (2) A foreign limited liability partnership registers by delivering to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of foreign limited liability partnership in accordance with the procedures in Article 4. Section 17-10-2 Provisional ballots; certification; tabulation; identification of ballots. (a) A voter shall be required to cast a provisional ballot when: (1) The name of the individual does not appear on the official list of eligible voters for the precinct or polling place in which the individual seeks to vote, and the individual's registration cannot be verified while at the polling place by the registrar or the judge of probate. Section 25-4-54 Contribution rates for employers subject to benefit charges; determination of individual benefit charges. (a) Determination of contribution rates. Transactions between a reinsurance intermediary-manager and the reinsurer it represents in that capacity shall only be entered into pursuant to a written contract, specifying the responsibilities of each party, which shall be approved by the reinsurer's board of directors.
