Section 13A-10-190 Definitions. As used in this article, Section 13A-11-11, and
Section 36-19-2.1, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BACTERIOLOGICAL
WEAPON or BIOLOGICAL WEAPON. A device which is designed in a manner to permit the intentional
release onto any person, into the population or environment of microbial, or other biological

Section 38-14-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Human Resources. (2) ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL

law enforcement agency. (a) Each dealer shall keep for six months from the date of purchase
of a precious item and make available on request of a local law enforcement agency: (1) The
name, current address, date of birth, and signature of the person from whom the dealer purchased
the item. (2) A description of the person, including height, weight, race, complexion, and

Section 13A-12-3.6 Reporting requirements. (a) Each person who makes a delivery sale
of cigarettes to a consumer located within this state shall file with the department for each
individual sale all of the following information: (1) A statement setting forth such person's
name, trade name, and address of such person's principal place of business and any other place
of business. (2) Not later than the tenth day of each calendar month, a memorandum or copy
of the invoice for each and every such delivery sale made during the previous calendar month,
which includes the following information: a. The name and address of the consumer to whom
the delivery sale was made. b. The brand style or brand styles of the cigarettes that were
sold in the delivery sale. c. The quantity of cigarettes that were sold in the delivery sale.
