Section 27-36A-18 Confidentiality. (a) For purposes of this section, "confidential information" shall mean all of the following: (1) A memorandum in support of an opinion submitted under Section 27-36A-4 and any other documents, materials, and other information, including, but not limited to, all working papers, and copies thereof, created, produced, or obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or any other person in connection with such memorandum. Section 34-39-16 Complaints; notice and hearing; judicial review. (a) Any person may file a complaint with the board against any licensed occupational therapist or licensed occupational therapy assistant in the state charging the person with having violated this chapter. Section 27-2-28 Hearings - Power to hold. (a) The commissioner may hold hearings for any purpose within the scope of this title deemed by him to be necessary. (b) The commissioner shall hold a hearing if required by any provision, or upon written demand therefor by a person aggrieved by any act, threatened act or failure of the commissioner to act or by any report, rule, regulation, or order of the commissioner, other than an order for the holding of a hearing or an order on hearing or pursuant thereto.
