Section 41-22-20 Judicial review of preliminary, procedural, etc., actions or rulings
and final decisions in contested cases. (a) A person who has exhausted all administrative
remedies available within the agency, other than rehearing, and who is aggrieved by a final
decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review under this chapter. A preliminary,
procedural, or intermediate agency action or ruling is immediately reviewable if review of
the final agency decision would not provide an adequate remedy. (b) All proceedings for review

Section 10A-1-8.02 Mergers of entities. (a) A merger of two or more entities, whether
the other entity or entities are the same or another form of entity, may be accomplished as
provided in this section. (1) CORPORATIONS. a. In the case of a corporation, other

Section 22-24-7 Well driller's license - Refusal, suspension or revocation. (a) A license
may be refused or a license duly issued may be suspended or revoked, or the renewal thereof

Section 27-2-24 Examinations - Report; confidentiality of information. (a) The commissioner,
or his or her examiner, shall make a full and true written report of each examination. The
examination report shall contain only information obtained from examination of the books,
