Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and Bridge Fund. (a) The bonds of the corporation shall be signed by its president and attested by its secretary and the seal of the corporation shall be affixed thereto or a facsimile thereof printed or otherwise reproduced thereon. Section 34-2-33 Registration; issuance of certificate; qualifications; renewal, etc. (a) The board shall receive applications for registration as an architect only on forms prescribed and furnished by the board. (a) Any insurer failing, without just cause, to file any registration statement as required in this chapter shall be required, after notice and hearing, to pay a penalty of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day's delay, to be recovered by the commissioner and the penalty so recovered shall be paid into the state General Fund.
